Congratulations!

If you’ve signed up for this course, it means you’re ready to start feeling good about your body. Let’s get you through and to where you want to be!

One important reminder: Be GENTLE with yourself. No matter how strong your goals and grit, you’re likely going to fall off the wagon. So you binged on beer and brownies with the girls on Saturday night. That’s okay. Get back on track on Sunday. (Some nutritionists even recommend a good binge now and then to prevent your hormones from going into starvation mode, which triggers the body to store fat.) You’re human, and changing old, unhealthy habits takes time and practice. The most important thing you can do over the next 30 days is find the ability to laugh, forgive yourself, and love your body no matter how it’s presenting on any given day.

Be proud of yourself for committing to a program like this – I’m proud of you! It takes courage to be your best self. No matter what happens over the next month, stay open to the lessons you’ll inevitably learn, and have FUN!

STEP 1: Download, read, sign and email the client release form to support@dev.lauriegardner.com. 

STEP 2: Fill out Worksheet 1 – Assessment, style, and goals and email it to support@dev.lauriegardner.com.

STEP 3: Listen to the 60-minute audio seminar, I Want My Body Back! here:

STEP 4: Read Easy Tips for Healthy Eating, Hydration, and Exercise

STEP 5: As soon as you complete steps 1-4, email Laurie to set up your initial telephone coaching session. (You will also schedule your day 14 and day 30 sessions at that time.)

STEP 6: After your initial coaching session:

STEP 7: (If applicable to your goals and plan only). Download, print out, and begin using:

STEP 8: Day 14: Mid-program check-in: Worksheet 3 – Mid-Program Check-In and second coaching session. This session is to hold you accountable and check in on your progress or any needed adjustments. Please email your worksheet to Laurie before your session at support@dev.lauriegardner.com.

STEP 9: Continue with personal wellness plan and any mid-course adjustments or additions.

STEP 10: Day 30: You did it! Worksheet 4 – End-of-Program Assessment and Next Steps and final coaching session. This session is to celebrate and chart out next steps to keep your big, bad healthy self going. Please email your worksheet to Laurie before your session at support@dev.lauriegardner.com.
